Join us for a little Irish cheer on March 17th as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with featured menu items throughout the campus.
Breakfast in Klages Dining room will be featuring our Shamrock Frittata made with Steiber Farms cage-free eggs with green peppers, smoked ham and cheddar cheese.
Our lunch special will be Dubliner Chicken oven roasted with caramelized onions & leeks in a creamy mushroom sauce topped with fresh rosemary served with fresh green beans & roasted red potatoes.
Dinner will highlight the day with our corned beef & cabbage hand picked from Mustard Seed Farms plus traditional Bangers & Mash featuring hand made sausages from Lonely Lane Farms served with fresh asparagus.
